We are back with some more 5 minute workouts for you this week. I have been using all of the workouts on my site/channel with my students for the last several months. We are having a great time with them, but we are ready for some new challenges. So, this week I thought we would mix things up with some all new workouts.
In this video, you will find 2 workouts that are each 5 minutes long. The first workout is done in sitting to so kids of all ability levels can participate. This workout would also be a great desk break for students that need to move around. Workout #2 is done in standing. You don’t need a lot of floor space for this video. It can easily be done in a classroom with students standing behind their desks.
