5 Minute Workouts: Strong Legs

We are back with some more 5 minute workouts for you this week. I have been using all of the workouts on my site/channel with my students for the last several months. We are having a great time with them, but we are ready for some new challenges. So, 2 weeks ago I posted some new overall strengthening wokrouts. This week I thought we would focus on leg strength. I have an entire post and video about the muscles in the leg so be sure to check those out for additional information.

In this video, you will find 2 workouts that are each 5 minutes long. The first workout is a little bit easier than the second. In the second workout you will need a small stool for one of the exercises. Both of these workouts can be done in a small area including standing behind your desk in a classroom.
