Pool Noodle Workout: Seated and Standing Workouts

In this week’s video we have another set of 5 minute workouts for you, and we are using one of my favorite tools to do it, The Pool Noodle. As always, Workout 1 will be done in the seated position for those of you with movement limitations. Workout 2 will be done in standing. There will be 5 exercise per workout. Each exercise will be done for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between. For each exercise we will be using a section of pool noodle, between ⅓ and ½ of a noodle depending on your size.
