In this week’s video we have another set of 5 minute workouts for you. And, in the spirit of all things fall, we are workout out with pumpkins today. Now you don’t really need to hold pumpkins to do this workout, but feel free to use them if you would like. I got these lightweight pumpkins at the Dollar Tree.
As always, Workout 1 will be done in the seated position for those of you with movement limitations. Workout 2 will be done in standing. There will be 5 exercise per workout. Each exercise will be done for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between.
