We are back with some more 5 minute workouts for you this week. I have been getting a lot of use out of the 5 minute workouts on my channel during my virtual and in person therapy session. So, I thought adding a few more to the mix would keep things interesting.
In this video, you will find 2 seated workouts with a fun outer space theme. Each workout is 5 minutes long. These workouts can be done in an adaptive device like a wheelchair or stander. They can also be done from a desk in the classroom. A quick 5 minute movement break can really help with focus and attention.
